The Undergrounds is a radically inclusive coffee house open 4 nights a week. The Undergrounds at The Bunker SLO will provide specialty coffees using beans from Deltina Coffee Roasters, gourmet teas from Secrets of the Garden, our own delicious pastries, soups, curries, tamales and more.
We will provide all the tasty treats and drinks while The Bunker SLO serves up scheduled events like bad art nights, open mics, readings, improv, game nights and more. Check the link below for upcoming events.

Yes! The Nautical Bean is open and thriving at The Bunker 7 days a week from 6am-2pm Monday -Friday and 7am-2pm Saturday and Sunday.

The Undergrounds goal is to provide light meals, espresso drinks, specialty teas and other beverages to an afternoon and evening crowd. Need a pick me up before your night shift, a little something before heading to soccer practice or just a place to study? The Undergrounds is your new spot.

The Undergrounds is open Thursday - Sunday 4pm-9pm. We do host events on occasion but none of them start before 6pm!

We will always be open at 4pm but sometimes we have events that are ticketed which means we close, usually around 6pm to set up. The Bunker‘s events page has all the details.
